The position of Backoffice employee is for the head office of Charlie works in The Hague. Charlie works is a European employment agency with a passion for work. By linking motivated employees to clients, we want to be the connector who strives to find the right solutions for our client. Our aim is to make work a little easier and more fun for everyone.
As a Backoffice employee you provide support to the existing backoffice team. In this position you are responsible for drafting employment contracts and contract extensions for our Charlie members. Drafting order confirmations and making placements in our Easyflex software system are also part of your range of duties.
You work accurately and do not get stressed by CLA changes, but you process these changes quickly and error-free. In addition to the standard activities, you proactively look for tasks so you can support your colleagues.
Who are you?
- You are proactive, precise and a hero in administration
- MBO work and thinking level
- Experience as an administrative employee is a plus
- Good oral and written skills in Dutch, English and/or Polish
- Experience with Easyflex is a plus
- You are available for 40 hours
