Account Manager

What will you do?You will expand the relationship with the existing client and develop innovative solutions for optimal (customer) results. With guts and a creative mindset, you generate more business but you also give advice to the customer on how we can make our services more efficient. You constantly see opportunities. You have excellent knowledge of Charlie's products and services and the know-how to sell these to existing customers. Your strong communication skills enable you to move easily among the various stakeholders. You act as a partner, which enables you to respond well to the needs and wishes of the customer and to seamlessly integrate these with the commercial interests. You are the ambassador of Charlie and make an important contribution to the brand of our organization in the Netherlands.

Who are you?You have higher professional education (HBO). You are a strong communicator and have excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing. You put the customer's interest first without overlooking the company's interest. You are a full sparring partner for both the client and your (sales) colleagues. You are commercially oriented. You have the drive and the guts to get things done. You have experience in the temporary employment industry.
