What will you do?As Working foreman orderpick you are responsible for collecting and preparing the daily orders for shipment, together with a team of 15 employees. Using headphones, you will receive instructions in English, Dutch or Polish. The orders are sent to the supermarkets of Plus and Coop. This concerns fresh and semi-fresh products and meal salads. You and your team are responsible for keeping the workplace clean and you apply the HACCP guidelines. You also ensure that the specified productivity standard is achieved, and you handle any specifics.In addition to picking orders, you are the point of contact for the customer's team leaders and for Charlie works. You discuss the work with the warehouse management, you check the work and you guide the orderpickers. You steer on the KPIs. In the morning you do the attendance check and you deal with the calamities.The work takes place in a cooled environment of 3.5 degrees Celsius. You wear work shoes. As a Working foreman orderpick you work 38 hours a week, but sometimes it is necessary to work overtime. There are 3 shifts where the start and end times depend on the workplace.

Who are you?

• Physically fit and willing to work in a refrigerated environment

• Irregularity surcharge:
  • 125% (Monday to Friday 19:00 – 23:00)
  • 125% (Sat 15:00 – 23:00)
  • 140% (Mon-Fri 23:00 – 06:00)
  • 140% (Sat 00:00 – 06:00)
  • 200% (Sat 23:00 – 24:00)
  • 200% (Sunday and public holiday)
  • 300% (public holiday on Sunday)
• Overtime allowance: 135% from 40 hours per week
• Travel allowance
• If you have experience, you can be classified higher in the GGF
