Production Employee

We are looking for a Production Employee for one of the largest exporters of cut flowers and plants in De Kwakel. Read the vacancy for more information!

What are you going to do?

As a production employee you are an important link in the logistics process. You process customer orders in the cart building department. You assemble the carts, fill them with flowers, check the numbers and pay attention to the quality. You are responsible for the daily deadlines and you coordinate them in time with your colleagues and group leader. In addition to your own work, you will also help with order picking and packing flowers. Your working day starts around 6.30 am. The end times are flexible, you are willing to work longer if necessary, but sometimes you are also done earlier! It is mandatory to wear work shoes during work.

What will you get?

•       Salary of €10.50. After 3 months this will be increased to €11 and after 6 months this will be increased to €11.50

Where will you work?

De Kwakel is home to one of the oldest, largest and most innovative exporters of flowers and plants in the Netherlands. Flowers and plants are exported from the head office in Aalsmeer to wholesalers and florist chains all over the world.
