Within the distribution center you and the team are responsible for handling the pallets. The work is focused on the accurate processing and placement of pallets. The rack height at Action can be from 0 meters to 10 meters high! With the OPT stack you replace and arrange pallets according to height. You have a well-equipped reach truck, including a camera with screen. You also work with a scangun that scans the assignments. As a Reachtruck driver you report to the team management of the IPL department. You work an average of 38 hours a week. There are two shifts: the first starts at 06:00 hours and the second starts at 15:15 hours. The end times are flexible. Sometimes you work on Saturdays. On that day there is only a morning shift. Action works with a clock pass. In addition, it is mandatory to wear work shoes as a Reachtruck driver at Action.
