As an Account Manager, you are responsible for managing relationships with our clients and are capable of expanding the market share with these relationships.

Your strong communication skills allow you to easily interact with various stakeholders. You position yourself as a partner, which enables you to effectively respond to the needs and wishes of (potential) clients.

You are proactive in managing our clients and expanding these relationships. You make a significant contribution to increasing our organization's brand awareness in the Netherlands. The KPIs for which you, as an Account Manager, are responsible for include market share and profitability. This means that you independently negotiate with clients to achieve the optimal return for all parties involved in a project. You stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the industries in which we operate, and you actively share this information with existing clients and prospects.  
Job Requirements
  • You possess at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • You are communicatively strong, with an excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • You prioritize customer interests while not losing sight of business interests.
  • You are a full-fledged sparring partner for both clients and your (sales) colleagues.
  • You have a healthy dose of courage and drive, and you have experience in the staffing industry.
