Expedition worker

As a Forwarding Employee you are part of the Outbound department. It is your responsibility to prepare store orders for shipment so that the truck drivers can drive away to Action store branches on time. You are part of the team responsible for preparing store orders for shipment. The shop orders are placed on roll containers that are accepted from other departments in the warehouse. You ensure that these roll containers are loaded through the tailgate of the truck and placed neatly in the truck. When processing the flow of goods from the distribution center you work with hand scanners. This allows you to scan all roll containers that arrive on the trailer of the truck. It is mandatory to wear work shoes during the work.
