In this role, it is crucial to ensure that the correct products are selected for various clients, paying close attention to factors such as origin and ripeness. Additionally, supplying the machines with the proper packaging materials is essential for maintaining efficiency. Monitoring the output and closely inspecting for any product defects requires a keen eye for detail. You will also guide and coach the team on the line is a vital responsibility, ensuring they perform their tasks effectively. Administrative duties, such as overseeing quality control and managing processes through systems like Navision, are also part of the job. Lastly, being hands-on and actively involved in the daily operations is a key aspect of the position. You will work in one shift, between 07:00 and 17:00, with one hour break.

Job Requirements

You have minimum of 2 years of experience as an operator and/or skilled with machinery
You are not afraid to guide colleagues
Experience in AGF is a strong advantage
Good knowledge of the Dutch or English language
You are able to adapt quickly
Resilient, an early riser, and comfortable working in a cold environment
