As an Order Picker you collect orders for the Plusmarkt supermarkets. This concerns fresh and semi-fresh products and meal salads. With the help of headphones you will receive instructions in English, Dutch or Polish about which location to go to. You collect the products on a roll container that then goes into the truck. The work takes place in a cooled environment of 3.5 degrees Celsius. You wear work shoes. You work as an Order Picker 38 hours a week, but sometimes it can happen that you work overtime. There are 3 shifts where the start and end times depend on the workplace
Job Requirements
  • You speak English, Dutch (basic level) or Polish
  • Physically fit
  • Being open to learn new skills

Employment conditions
  • Cao: GGF (Wholesale in Fruit and Vegetables)
  • Performance bonus based on productivity
  • Irregularity surcharge: 125% (Mon to Fri 19:00 – 23:00) 125% (Sat 15:00 – 23:00) 140% (Mon to Fri 23:00 – 06:00) 140% (Sat 00:00 – 06:00) 200% (Sat 23:00 – 24:00) 200% (Sunday and public holiday) 300% (public holiday on Sunday)
  • Overtime allowance: 135% from 40 hours per week
  • Free hot meal for employees who start before 5 p.m
