We do everything we can to optimally protect personal data and are bound by a confidentiality clause and company policy regarding IT security. Charlie works has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data of data subjects against loss or unlawful processing. <\/span><\/p>

                        Retention periods<\/b><\/h2>

                        Charlie works stores personal data in accordance with the regulations applicable to us. If your employment with Charlie works ends, we will delete the personal data no later than two years after the last working day. There are some exceptions, such as: <\/span><\/p>

                        • Administrative documents are kept for 7 years. This includes salary administration, temporary employment contract and, if applicable, pension obligations. This is the so-called fiscal retention obligation. <\/span><\/li>
                        • We keep requests for payroll tax credit, NAW data, BSN, date of birth and copies that are necessary to check identity for at least 5 years. This is calculated from the end of the calendar year in which the employment relationship ended. <\/span><\/li>
                        • In the event of complaints or claims, we only store necessary data until there is a definitive settlement or until the claim is time-barred<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                          Charlie works reserves the right to make changes (for various reasons, such as changes and additions) to the privacy statement.
