Junior HR Employee
As a Junior HR employee within a small HR team you are working both operationally and strategically. You are a sparring partner for management to implement HR policy within the organization.
All sorts of questions from the organization end up with you to act on, making it a dynamic position. In this position you are responsible for HR related questions from employees and managers, you coordinate absenteeism, and you ensure an optimal recruitment and onboarding process. Investigating education and training needs is also part of your work.
