The Job consultant will accompany you to your new residence and will be your first point of contact in case of questions! If you still have questions, you can always contact Charlie supports.

Salary

At Charlie works, the salary depends on a number of factors. These include the kind of work you will be doing, your work experience and what kind of training or certificates you have obtained. You will always receive more than the statutory minimum wage. Your salary is paid every week. All your pay slips and important information can be found easily in the online employee portal.

That is why we always offer the option to come and live in one of our homes for both long and short stays.
