Job consultant

Charlie wants you! We are looking for a Job consultant who is responsible for a group of temporary employees in the north of the Netherlands. Are you the one we're looking for? Read on!

What will you do?

As a Job consultant, you are the point of contact for our temporary employees. The tasks associated with this important role are very diverse. For example, you are present at the start of projects at our clients. You provide support for the arrival of temporary employees and you arrange all matters relating to registration, accommodation, and transport. Administrative work resulting from this is processed in the system. In addition, you visit the temporary employees who stay in our housing and you are there for them when they need help. You answer the questions and solve problems independently. Thanks to your customer-oriented approach, you know what is going on within the group of temporary employees for which you are responsible. You make sure that they feel at home and that the cooperation runs smoothly.

Who are you?

You have MBO work and think level and you speak Polish and English fluently. Dutch is nice to have just as having experience in the temporary employment sector. You are willing to work on weekends. You know how to deal with stressful situations, you are customer orientated and you think in opportunities. You like being in contact with people and are able to make them feel at home.
