What are you going to do?

As a Sales Manager, you will be working throughout the entire country. Charlie works is a European temp agency with a passion for work. By connecting motivated employees with clients, we aim to be the link that strives to relieve the customer's burdens. Our goal is to make work a little easier and more enjoyable for everyone.

Role
  • Establishing contacts with potential new clients and expanding relationships with existing (Key) clients.
  • You are part of the Sales team, which collectively manages a substantial revenue portfolio.
  • You will act on operational, tactical, and strategic levels

Who are you?

  • You have at least a Bachelor's degree level of education.
  • You are strong in communication and have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both in speaking and writing.
  • Putting the customer's interests first while keeping the company's interests in mind.
  • You are a valuable sparring partner for both the customer and your (sales) colleagues.
  • You possess a healthy dose of courage and drive, and preferably, you have experience in the temporary employment industry.
