What will you do?

As an Orderpicker you collect orders for the supermarkets of Plusmarkt. This concerns fresh and semi-fresh products and meal salads. Using headphones, you will receive instructions in English, Dutch or Polish about which location to go to. You collect the products on a roll container that then goes into the truck. The work takes place in a cooled environment of 3.5 degrees Celsius. You wear work shoes for this.

As an Orderpicker you work 38 hours a week, but sometimes you may have to work overtime. There are 3 shifts, and the start and end times depend on the workplace. 

Who are you?

• You speak English, Dutch or Polish
• Physically in order and willing to work in a cooled environment
• Willingness to learn

What will you get?

• Cao: GGF (Wholesale in Fruit and Vegetables)
• With an average productivity score of 105% after 3 months of working you will earn €11.96 
• Performance bonus based on productivity 
• Irregularity surcharge:
  • 125% (Mon-Fri 19:00 – 23:00)
  • 125% (Sat 15:00 – 23:00)
  • 140% (Mon-Fri 23:00 – 06:00)
  • 140% (Sat 00:00 – 06:00)
  • 200% (Sat 23:00 – 24:00)
  • 200% (Sunday and public holiday)
  • 300% (public holiday on Sunday)
• Overtime allowance: 135% from 40 hours per week
• Free hot meal for employees who start before 5:00 pm

The company where you will be working is the full-service logistics service provider for all fresh and semi-fresh products for the Plus. This means that, for and in collaboration with the customer, they strive for the most efficient possible organization of the fresh supply chain, with the aim of maximizing quality/shelf life for the consumer.
