Recruiter- Radom

Charlie wants you! Do you know how to find new temporary employees for Charlie in a creative way as a Recruiter? Then we are looking for you! The office in Radom waiting for you.

What are you going to do?

For our clients, you will actively search for suitable candidates who will be deployed mainly in low and mid-skilled positions. You will select candidates, interview them and assess their competencies. You will manage all local vacancies and work closely with your colleagues from sales and planning. You are capapble of writing clear and captivating vacancies and posting them on various recruitment channels. You use your creativity to come up with fresh recruitment campaigns, keeping yourself up to date on where to find the right candidates. You are ready to work alone in the ofice in Radom.

Who are you?

You have proven experience in the recruitment industry, (min. 1,5 years) preferably in the flex working branch. You speak fluent English and are able to speak either Polish, Russian or a Baltic language. Dutch is nice to have but is not a requirement. You like to have personal contact and know how to convince people with your enthusiasm. You have strong organisational skills, are stress-resistant, and are flexible. You are also willing to work after office hours.
