Recruiter

Charlie wants you! Do you know how to find new temporary employees for Charlie in a creative way as a Recruiter? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do?

For our clients, you will actively search for suitable candidates who will be deployed mainly in low and mid-skilled positions. You will select candidates, interview them and assess their competencies. You will manage all local vacancies and work closely with your colleagues from sales and planning. You also draw up vacancies and post them on various channels. You let your creativity loose in thinking up new recruitment campaigns so you always know where to find the right candidate.

Who are you?

You have secondary education (MBO) and have experience in the recruitment business. You speak Polish and English, Dutch is nice to have. You like to have personal contact and know how to convince people with your enthusiasm. You have strong organizational skills, are stress-resistant, and are flexible. You are also willing to work after office hours. You have an advantage if you have experience in the temporary employment industry.
