We are looking for a debtor manager who guarantees due care and an accurate debtor policy.
What are you going to do?You are responsible for managing and implementing the debtor policy. Hereby you are in contact with our customers regarding the outstanding receivables. In addition, you prepare reports for the debtor portfolio. You check and assess credit limits and limit debtor risks and optimize the company's liquidity position. If necessary, you initiate payment arrangements and start collection procedures. Furthermore, you perform various administrative actions belonging to the accounts receivable department, including banking books.
Who are you?You have at least a completed MBO education in the financial or economic direction with Credit Management related education and / or training. Experience in the field of debt collection and credit insurance is an advantage and you obviously have knowledge of the invoicing process. You are an expert in the competences of convictions, customer focus, flexibility and advisory skills. Moreover, your communication skills in both Dutch and English are excellent.You feel at home in programs such as OnGuard, Navision, Credit Soft and of course Office has no secrets for you.The internal and external customer are your number one priority. You answer questions from customers and suppliers about incoming and outgoing payments quickly and accurately. You are only too happy to help colleagues who want to know more about a payment.
