Manager Operations

We are looking for a pragmatic manager who will take overall responsibility for our operation.

What are you going to do?As Manager Operations you are responsible for the process from recruitment to placement and Support. It is important that you can oversee and optimize the processes. You analyze and steer based on the data from different systems. You are inspiring and can lead (situationally) in a natural way. 

•         You analyze and interpret (translate) data for, among other things, planning, pool monitoring, occupancy rates, complaints, etc. and convert it into targeted actions to improve processes and/or KPIs
•         You involve departments and inform them about data analyses.
•         In addition to analyzing data, you are constantly talking to colleagues to understand and improve processes where necessary
•         You manage various departments in a pragmatic manner and with a "can do mentality" and make adjustments where necessary
•         You set out actions at various departments to optimize processes
•         You provide solicited and unsolicited advice
•         You communicate with colleagues from various departments regarding new & existing dashboards
•         You report directly to the COO

Who are you?

•         You are bursting with energy and have an infectious enthusiasm to help colleagues and make the organization better and better
•         You are pragmatic, solution-oriented and have an eye for detail
•         A great love for data and analytical skills
•         You are able to handle project and work process-
•         based • Affinity with IT and preferably demonstrable experience in the temporary employment sector
•         Experience in a customer contact environment
•         Preferably experience with Lean or comparable methods
•         HBO/WO working and thinking level
•         You are a solid discussion partner with a solution-oriented ability
