Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager who is able to generate new business within the strategic sectors of Charlie works.

By continuously expanding and editing your network, you make an important contribution to the brand awareness of our organization in the Netherlands.

What are you going to do?

As an Account Manager you are responsible for finding new clients, expanding networks and increasing Charlie's brand awareness. In addition, you are part of a customer team that manages a significant turnover portfolio together with your support. You will provide periodic support during negotiations, among other things. You act on an operational, tactical and strategic level. 

Who are you?

You have a minimum HBO working and thinking level. You are communicatively strong and you have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing. You put the customer's interests first, without overlooking the company's interests. You are a full-fledged sparring partner for both the customer and your (sales) colleagues. You are commercially oriented. You have a healthy dose of guts and drive. Finally, you have experience in the temporary employment sector.
