Charlie wants you! We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Business Support Consultant at Charlie works.

What are you going to do?

As a Business Support Consultant, you will provide support to our Sales and Client consultants and work at the headquarters of Charlie Works in The Hague.

Job description:

Creating and setting up client files in the designated system.
Keeping track of and applying changes in laws and regulations.
Investigating disputes and coordinating internal actions accordingly.
Implementing changes for existing customers.
Performing tasks in preparation for tender processes.
Preparing client presentations in PowerPoint.
Handling other tasks related to customer support.

Who are you?

You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working.
You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
You are customer-oriented, commercially minded, and not afraid to be critical.
You are naturally curious, analytical, and have a creative mindset.
