Charlie wants you! Are you our new Inhouse Consultant who will work at our inhouse location in the Zwaag region? Then we are looking for you!

What are you going to do?

What will you be doing?
Working together with your colleagues from the inhouse location, you will ensure optimal staffing at the client's site. You will be the central figure between the temporary worker, the client, and Charlie. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate planning and being available to both the client and temporary workers for any inquiries they may have. You will have the capability to independently manage the inhouse location and achieve the agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • You have MBO 4 / HBO level of thinking and working.
  • You speak Slovak, supplemented with English or Dutch.
  • You are willing to work on weekends.
  • You are not afraid to be critical and mainly act in an advisory capacity.
  • You are stress-resistant, able to maintain an overview, and creative.
  • You are a problem solver, always looking for solutions and possibilities.
  • Having experience in the staffing industry gives you an advantage.
