Counter employee

We are looking for a Counter employee for a large logistics company in Ridderkerk. Are you the one we're looking for? Read the vacancy for more information. 

What will you do?

As a Counter employee you are responsible for supporting the drivers with their work. You are the first contact for the drivers who come to load and unload. You ensure that all goods are scanned so that the stock remains up to date. You guide the drivers to the right place where necessary and make them feel welcome.

You are also responsible for receiving and speaking to visitors. If necessary, you issue and collect visitor passes. You transfer incoming calls quickly and friendly. You also manage the reception and maintain the cleanliness. Finally, you perform administrative and support work, schedule appointments and reservations and take care of outgoing mail.

As a Counter employee there are two shifts: the first is from 07:00 to 16:00 hours and the second is from 09:00 to 18:00 hours. You have a 1 hour break per day.
