What will you do?

You are the main point of contact for all our temporary employees. With a friendly voice and service-minded attitude you are able to solve questions, problems and complaints fast and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. To solve an issue, you often communicate with other colleagues. If you cannot solve a question on your own, you will make sure to get the right information from the right person (2nd line support). Your goal is to achieve maximum satisfaction.

Who are you?

You have secondary education (MBO). You are service-oriented and always stay friendly. You are solution orientated and have an eye for detail. You speak Polish and English, Dutch is nice to have. You are willing to work weekend and evening shifts. You are in the possession of a valid SEU certificate or are willing to obtain one.
