What are you going to do?

As a teamleader at C. van Heezik Vrieslogistiek B.V. you are managing and leading the pick/load team within the organization. It's important that you are motivated and an accurate team player. Your main tasks are:

As a team leader you will guide the entire pick team during the shift.
You are responsible for the loading and unloading team during the shift.
You guide new influx of people and ensure that these people can get to work.
So you will work as a coach / leader of the department store and see where things can be improved.

Who are you?

You can make yourself well understood in the English language.
You have an eye for detail and can work meticulously.
Physical work doesn't scare you off; you are able to lift and walk regularly.
You are flexible and don't mind working in shift
