Are you the expert who takes on the (functional) management tasks of company-specific applications on a daily basis? As an Application Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring applications are user-friendly and technically efficient. You manage roles and permissions, ensuring they are always up-to-date. You communicate with end-users, quickly resolve technical issues, and provide advice on potential adjustments and optimizations, which you also implement. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for configuring and ensuring the proper functioning of business applications.
  • Managing user permissions and roles.
  • Advising users on potential adjustments and optimizations for applications.
  • Resolving technical issues and disruptions.
  • Reporting progress and findings to the IT Manager.
Your tasks will include:
  • Configuring and optimizing applications.
  • Providing application-related training.
  • Troubleshooting technical problems and disruptions.
  • Creating and managing user roles and permissions.
Job Requirements

  • A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree or equivalent work and thinking level.
  • Relevant certifications, preferably in Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of applications, with specific expertise in Microsoft Business Central and Salesforce.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with SQL and an understanding of APIs is a plus.
  • Experience with Tableau or Snowflake is a bonus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with users and colleagues to quickly resolve issues.
  • Focused on achieving tangible results and striving for the best solutions.
  • Identifying and independently addressing opportunities for improvement.
