As a Client Consultant, you maintain operational contact with both the client and temporary employees on the work floor. You constantly identify opportunities and can act swiftly to maximize them. With an excellent understanding of Charlie’s services, you are skilled at translating this expertise into value for existing relationships.

Your strong communication skills enable you to effortlessly navigate between various stakeholders. Acting as a partner, you are well-equipped to respond to the needs and wishes of both clients and temporary employees.

You manage relationships with clients and temporary employees in the Northern region, specifically Amsterdam and surrounding areas.
You achieve optimal results and increase Charlie’s share of the client’s business.
You stay fully informed about the actual needs of your clients and temporary employees.

Job Requirements

You have MBO-level work and thinking capability.
You are highly communicative and fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written), Dutch is an advantage.
You prioritize customer interests while keeping company goals in mind.
Experience in the staffing industry is a plus.
Affinity with Planning is a plus.
You possess a valid SEU certificate or are willing to obtain one.
