With the driving of the first pile, the construction of Workinn’s new short-stay location in Moerdijk has officially started. This milestone is an important step in realizing modern, safe, and future-proof housing for international employees.
Why this is Relevant for Charlie works
Charlie works has been active in the logistics region around Moerdijk for years. Many of our candidates work for logistics companies in this area. With this new short-stay location, we and Workinn can respond even better to the growing demand for quality housing close to the workplace.

Collaboration and Planning
The new location is being developed by Workinn in collaboration with Roozen van Hoppe, a strong combination of housing expertise and sustainable construction.
The site will be delivered in phases throughout 2026. The first building (Block A), featuring 122 beds, will be completed on August 21, shortly after the construction holidays in the South region. The remaining buildings will follow:
- Block B – September 30: 102 beds
- Block C – November 15: 142 beds
- Block D – December 23: 142 beds
In total, the location will offer 508 beds for international employees. The first building will be handed over to Workinn Rental one week before the construction holidays, meaning the site will visibly take shape in the summer of 2026.
