Are you looking for a job as Production employee and working with plants?

Read below!

As a production worker, you will work with chrysanthemum cuttings in a greenhouse environment. Your main task is to prepare the plant cuttings that arrive from Tanzania and make sure they are ready for further processing. You will work together with machine operators and help place the cuttings into soil trays using modern machines.
You will also check the quality of the planted cuttings and make small manual corrections when needed. If you notice technical problems with the machines, you will report them to the technical department so they can be solved quickly. No experience is needed because full training is provided.

The work is not physically heavy, but it is mostly repetitive, so you will often do similar tasks during the day. This job is suitable for people who prefer structured and steady work. The company works with two shifts. The morning shift is from 06:00 to 15:00, and the evening shift is from 15:00 to 23:00/24:00.
Each shift includes a 1-hour break. For the evening shift, work done between 20:00 and 24:00 is paid with a 50% extra allowance. Employees work in a mixed rotation schedule, which means you may work both morning and evening shifts.
