Build your own success and push boundaries! At Charlie Works, we are looking for an enthusiastic Area Manager for the Area South.

As an Area Manager, you coach and guide the in-house and client consultants, planners, job coaches, and drivers within your area. You ensure that shared goals are achieved while maintaining an overview of clients, open vacancies, and the pool of temporary workers. Additionally, you foster a positive atmosphere within the team. You are given the autonomy to organize your work as you see fit, with support from your manager when needed.

  • Lead and manage the regional team to ensure high performance and strong collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the region, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their needs.
  • Oversee the recruitment, development, and optimization of a pool of temporary workers to meet client demands effectively.
  • Be accountable for achieving regional KPIs, including metrics such as the number of active workers, hours worked, attrition rates, and absenteeism.
  • Operate and make decisions effectively on both operational and tactical levels to drive regional success and meet strategic objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Expertise in the field; leadership experience in the staffing industry is preferred
  • HBO-level education or equivalent work experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Inspirational, proactive, and stress-resistant leadership style
  • Customer- and employee-focused mindset while balancing business interests
  • Courageous, driven, and accountable
  • Ability to prioritize the interests of clients and temporary workers while meeting business objectives
  • Confidence, determination, and resilience
