As a Client Consultant, you maintain operational contacts with both the client and the temporary workers on the work floor. You constantly see opportunities and can quickly adapt to make the most of them. You have an excellent knowledge of Charlie's services and can effectively translate this to existing relationships.

Your strong communication skills allow you to easily switch between various stakeholders. You position yourself as a partner, enabling you to effectively respond to the needs and wishes of both the client and the temporary workers.

You are responsible for managing relationships with the clients and temporary workers in the North region, specifically in the Amsterdam area and surroundings.
You achieve optimal returns and increase Charlie's market share.
You ensure that you are fully aware of the actual needs of your clients and temporary workers.

Job Requirements

You have an MBO level of working and thinking.
You are strong in communication and have an excellent command of the Polish language, preferably also Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written.
You prioritize the client's interests without losing sight of the company's interests.
Preferably, you have experience in the temporary employment sector.
You possess a valid SEU certificate or are willing to obtain one..
