As a Production Line / Warehouse Operative, you work in a production environment handling food products, fruits, vegetables, flowers, or similar production goods. Your role focuses on standing line work, where you pack, sort, and prepare products along a production line while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
You follow fixed production procedures, work at a steady pace on the line, and cooperate closely with your team leader and colleagues to ensure daily production targets are met. The role requires physical activity, attention to detail, and flexibility, as production priorities may change.
Your main tasks at work:
- Standing work on a production line, packing and handling products
- Sorting, packing, and preparing food, fruit, vegetable, flower, or similar products
- Folding, assembling, and labeling boxes and packaging materials
- Feeding, refilling, and monitoring packing or production machines
- Manual handling of goods and line-based packing tasks
Job Requirements
- You are physically fit
- You are able to communicate in English
- You are able to work in shifts
- You are ready to work in low temperatures, as many of our clients are in the food sector
- You are enthusiastic and motivated
- You’re a team player, but able to work independently as well
