At Charlie works, you will be joining an international team of recruiters who are supporting clients in different industries, including Logistics, Agriculture, Floriculture, and Food production, by providing them with skilled employees.   The recruitment process in our industry is quite an art – as we are hiring in high volumes, we have to be creative in sourcing the candidates, going across the borders of the Netherlands, and providing them with the best candidate experience and preparation to arrive in the Netherlands.   From the client's perspective, we ensure a high-level recruitment process that will bring in not only people with the relevant qualifications but also motivated people who will be the ambassadors of the values of our company.   The main responsibilities are the following:  
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through different recruitment channels
  • Interviewing candidates, following the 4-step interviewing process to ensure high-quality service
  • Providing the candidates with the most suitable job offers for their skills
  • Providing the candidates with the necessary documents and information to arrive in the Netherlands and start their work here
  • Doing a proper administration of the recruitment process
  • Keeping a focus on the priority tasks for the week and work towards achieving the weekly KPIs
  • Supporting the company branding and visit relevant events to develop the professional network
  • Bringing on innovative ideas that will improve the work of the department
Job Requirements
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in volume recruitment
  • Your English language skills are at B2 level
  • You have experience using an ATS
  • You present a creative andprocess-driven approach
  • You think outside the box
  • You are able to keep the focus on KPIs and delivery of results
