As a Sales Manager, you will be working throughout the entire country. Charlie works is a European temp agency with a passion for work. By connecting motivated employees with clients, we aim to be the link that strives to relieve the customer's burdens. Our goal is to make work a little easier and more enjoyable for everyone. Role

Establishing contacts with potential new clients and expanding relationships with existing (Key) clients.
You are part of the Sales team, which collectively manages a substantial revenue portfolio.
You will act on operational, tactical, and strategic levels

Job Requirements

Higher Vocational Educationl level of working and thinking
You are strong in communication and have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both in speaking and writing.
Putting the customer's interests first while keeping the company's interests in mind.
You are a valuable sparring partner for both the customer and your (sales) colleagues.
You possess a healthy dose of courage and drive, and preferably, you have experience in the temporary employment industry.
