What Does SCC Mean?
VCU stands for Safety and Health Checklist Staffing Organizations. It is a certification for staffing agencies that place employees in companies where safety risks exist, such as in construction, technology, industry, logistics, or petrochemical sectors.
The goal of SCC is to ensure that temporary workers can work safely, are well-informed about risks, and that the staffing agency structurally deals with safety and health.
What Does that Mean in Practice?
For Charlie works, this means that we work according to strict safety guidelines. We do this in various ways:
- Safety policy and procedures: we have clear guidelines for high-risk activities, accident registration, and safety instructions.
- Proper preparation of employees: before someone starts, we ensure they have the right information, training, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
