We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Back Office Associate for our Back Office department.
As a Back Office Associate, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and HR-related tasks. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal administrative matters and contribute to the efficient operation of the organization.
As a Back Office Associate, you will ensure the proper execution and monitoring of administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and processing employment contracts
- Processing changes to collective bargaining agreements in systems
- Managing client and personnel files
- Administratively entering temporary staff into systems (such as MySolution)
- Assisting the support department and managing mailboxes
- Processing salary changes
- Drafting HR documents
- Assisting with insurance, disputes, and financial administrative tasks
Job Requirements
You are a structured and proactive professional with an eye for detail and a hands-on approach.
- You have a vocational education (MBO) level of work and thinking
- You have a good command of Dutch or English/Polish
- You work accurately, in a structured manner, and are results-oriented
- You have strong communication skills
- You have experience with administrative systems (preferably MySolution)
- You are proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- You are able to handle stress and are flexible
- You have an SEU certificate or are willing to obtain one
