Do you want to build a career in food production? Would you like to work at one of the largest production companies specialized in meat products?
For our employer Luiten, we are looking for motivated people for their production team!

As a Meat Mixer Operator, you are responsible for preparing and mixing meat products according to fixed recipes, production schedules, and quality standards. You ensure the correct combination of raw materials, spices, and additives, resulting in consistent, high-quality meat mixtures ready for further processing.
You operate and monitor industrial mixing machines, weigh ingredients accurately, and follow strict production procedures. Performing quality checks according to HACCP guidelines is an important part of your role. In this way, you ensure food safety, constant product quality, and compliance with hygiene standards.

You start between 06:00 and 07:00 AM, depending on the department, and the end time is flexible. You usually work 8-hour shifts, from Monday to Friday, but extra hours and extra days on the weekend are scheduled if the operational situation requires it.

Job Requirements
  • You are interested in production work and want to be part of the production process.
  • Experience is not a must, you can learn everything from the team at Luiten. It is more important to be enthusiastic and motivated.
  • You are able to lift 5 to 8 kg and able to stand for a longer time.
  • You speak English and/or Dutch.
  • You are able to work in a production environment with a temperature from 7 degrees.
  • You are available during peak periods (December and Easter).
  • Willingness to adhere to regulations regarding all visible jewelry, piercings, false nails/eyelashes, or nail polish, which are prohibited in food production environments.
Employment conditions
  • €0.09 allowance per hour for working in a 7-degree environment.
  • Annual December bonus of 3.25% of gross salary (with the condition of working at least 2 months at Luiten).
  • Employment contract with Charlie works.

Luiten is a Dutch company specialized in producing the most delicious meat products. For example: they produce Dutch products such as: Filet Américain, ossenworst, and rosbief. Their products find their way to supermarkets, wholesale, and various lunchrooms and restaurants. Quality is the most important value of Luiten and therefore, all of their products are a premium product.
