Expedition employee

As an Expedition employee you are part of the Outbound department. It is your responsibility to prepare store orders for shipment, so that the truck drivers can drive away to the Action store branches on time. You will be part of a team responsible for preparing store orders for shipment. These store orders are on roll containers that are accepted from other departments in the warehouse. You ensure that these roll containers are loaded via the truck's tailgate and neatly placed in the truck. Roll containers are wrapped manually. You work with handheld scanners when processing the flow of goods from the distribution center. This allows you to scan all roll containers that enter the truck's trailer. You work an average of 38 hours a week. There are two shifts: the first starts at 06:00 and the second starts at 15:15. End times are flexible. On Saturdays, there is only a morning shift. Action works with a clock pass. In addition, it is mandatory to wear work shoes.
