As an Order Picker, you will collect customer orders and prepare them for shipment using a trolley. This is a walking order-picking position. Orders are picked using a voice-picking system available in English and Polish. During your first days, you will be supported through a buddy system to help you learn the processes and become familiar with the warehouse. You will work in a cold environment (5-6 degrees).
The expected picking performance is between 200 and 220 picks per hour. The position operates in two shifts: Sunday evening until Saturday morning (19:00 – 04:00) or Monday till Saturday (05:00 – 16:00) . Depending on the shift schedule, you will work either 5 or 6 days per week. An evening allowance of 130% applies, while work on Sunday evenings is paid at 200%. For safety reasons, wearing certified safety shoes and appropriate work clothing is mandatory at all times.
