We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist for our Payroll department.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that the payroll for our temporary workers is processed correctly, on time, and in compliance with regulations. You will combine professional payroll knowledge with a keen eye for legislation and regulations. 

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process and will support your colleagues with complex wage and regulatory issues.

Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring timely, accurate, and complete payroll processing for temporary workers
  • Applying and monitoring laws and regulations relating to payroll administration
  • Handling complex payroll issues
  • Performing checks and audits on payroll administration
  • Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement within payroll and back-office processes
  • Translating legislative changes to the organization and providing support with reports and corrections
  • Working with salary, back office, and time registration systems 
Job Requirements
You are a meticulous and proactive payroll professional who looks beyond the numbers.

  • You have completed a PDL training program (or equivalent) and have several years of experience in payroll, preferably in the temporary employment sector.
  • You have in-depth professional knowledge of:
    • Wage calculations, taxes, and contributions
    • ABU/NBBU collective labor agreements and labor legislation
    • Payroll regulations
  • You work in a structured, accurate, and results-oriented manner and are a good team player
  • You communicate clearly and know how to explain complex matters in an understandable way
  • You think in terms of solutions and dare to be critical within the framework of laws and regulations
  • Knowledge and experience in working with Mysolution
  • You are digitally skilled and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
  • An SEU certificate is an advantage, or you are willing to obtain one
