Vacuum Employee

Working in the Vacuum department, you are responsible for packaging and repacking semi-finished products and finished products according to the regulations. Some of the main responsibilities are the following:

• Carrying out production work in accordance with work instructions, procedures and preparation methods
• Monitoring the accuracy of best before date, packaging and labels
• Supply of products to be processed from the roasting room or supply cell
• Identify deviations and report them to the manager
• Input / placing of product to be packaged on the supply belt of the packaging, thermoforming, vacuum machine
• Remove and place in storage (cold room or freezer) of packaged finished product using. a pump truck
• Wrapping pallets of packaged finished products and providing them with a pallet label
• Perform cleaning work on the equipment and the working environment according to work instructions
• Packing and repacking work
• Perform quality checks
• Unpack and repack semi-finished products
• Working according to HACCP standards and company protocols
• Occasional performance of non-standard work in other departments

The start time at work is between 05:00 and 08:00 am depends on the department, and the end time is flexible. The work is usually an 8-hour shift, between Monday and Friday, but extra hours and extra days of the weekend are planned according to the operational needs.
