As an Account Manager South-West, you are responsible for managing, maintaining, and further developing relationships with our clients in the South-West region.
You act as an important link between our clients and the internal teams of Charlie works, ensuring that our staffing services meet client expectations and operational agreements.
You understand that successful account management goes beyond maintaining relationships. You actively monitor client satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, address operational challenges, and take ownership of issues until they are resolved.
You regularly visit clients, maintain close contact with decision-makers, and ensure that Charlie works is seen as a reliable, professional, and proactive staffing partner.
You have a strong commercial mindset, but you never lose sight of operational feasibility, profitability, and the overall interests of Charlie works.
This is a full-time position focused on the South-West region, with regular visits to client locations.

- You proactively approach potential new clients within your region and identify opportunities to expand the Charlie works client portfolio.
- You negotiate commercial agreements, rates, and service conditions within established company guidelines, ensuring that agreements remain commercially attractive and operationally achievable.
- You act as a key point of contact for client questions, complaints, and escalations, taking ownership and ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- You work closely with planners, recruiters, and operational colleagues to ensure staffing requirements are met and operational challenges are addressed.
- You regularly visit client locations to maintain strong relationships, evaluate service quality, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- You monitor relevant KPIs, including client satisfaction, staffing performance, revenue, margins, and account development.
- You maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, agreements, and follow-up actions in our internal systems.
- You proactively identify recurring issues, suggest improvements, and contribute to improving collaboration between clients and internal departments.
- You maintain a clear overview of the bigger picture, consistently balancing client interests with the operational and commercial objectives of Charlie works.
Job Requirements
- You have an MBO/HBO-level education or equivalent working and thinking ability, preferably in Sales, Business Administration, Commercial Economics, or a related field.
- You have relevant experience in account management, B2B sales, client relations, or operational coordination. Experience in the staffing industry is considered a strong advantage.
- You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- You are commercially minded, results-driven, and motivated to develop long-term client relationships.

- You are socially skilled, approachable, and capable of building professional relationships at different organizational levels.
- You are solution-oriented and remain calm and decisive when dealing with unexpected operational challenges.
