At Charlie works, we are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager in Area North. Are you ready to be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships? Then read on!

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and developing assigned client accounts and ensuring growth in the area of your responsibility. You act as a trusted partner to clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. You proactively identify opportunities to strengthen relationships, increase market share, and drive business growth.

Your tasks include:

  • Working based on the account plan, ensuring consistent follow-up and structured growth.
  • Monitoring and evaluating client-related KPIs.
  • Conducting client evaluations to understand their needs and potential for growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Keeping accurate records of all client interactions in Mysolution, such as emails, calls, client visits, and contracts.
  • Increasing market share and profitability within the existing client portfolio.
  • Sharing relevant market insights and innovations with clients.
  • Working closely with internal Charlie works teams to align client needs and service delivery.
  • Negotiating pricing agreements with existing clients.
  • Proactively re-engaging former customers to increase satisfaction and revenue.

Job Requirements
  • You are communicatively strong, with an excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • You have experience in a similar role in the staffing or related industry.
  • You prioritize customer interests while not losing sight of business interests.
  • You are a full-fledged sparring partner for both clients and your (sales) colleagues.
  • You have a healthy dose of courage and drive
