Centrale planners (ochtendploeg)

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our morning operations (05:00–14:00), ensuring that disruptions such as no-shows, transport issues, sickness notifications, and urgent replacements are handled quickly and effectively. You make sure that all areas receive a complete, accurate, and consistent handover by 08:00. You’ll be based at our Headquarters in The Hague.

Here is what you will be in charge of:

• You are responsible for monitoring and coordinating all morning operational flows across multiple regions, including no-shows, transport issues, sickness intake, and urgent replacement needs.
• You ensure quick resolution of disruptions to minimize impact on clients and temporary workers, while maintaining continuous communication with area planners, support teams, workers, and clients.
• You manage absence cases and ensure a complete, accurate operational handover to all areas by 08:00 each morning.
• You also handle escalations, follow up on critical issues, and contribute to improving overall operational efficiency during the morning control window (05:00–14:00).
